The Details

  • 5 attendees maximum per tour

  • Duration: 2 day & 3 day tours coming soon!

  • Mornings will be spent out looking for wildlife

  • At midday, we’ll scout for landscape opportunities

  • Evenings will be spent capturing stunning landscape scenes during golden hour

  • Camping is available within the park at Headwaters, Lizard Creek, Colter Bay, Signal Mountain, Jenny Lake, and Gros Ventre

    It is recommended to arrive one day before the workshop date and depart one day after the workshop date

    What you’ll need:
    transportation to and from Grand Teton National Park
    lodging
    meals
    sturdy hiking boots or shoes
    the ability to navigate uneven and sometimes slippery terrain in low-lighting conditions
    DSLR or mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens with a minimum aperture of f/2.8, mid-range zoom, telephoto zoom, sturdy tripod, multiple memory cards, and two or more batteries
    headlamp and spare batteries
    smartphone with the Photopills app installed

    a full itinerary and daily schedule of events
    landscape and wildlife photography instruction
    guidance on prime landscape and wildlife viewing
    tools to help visualize landscape compositions
    recommendations for local entertainment, lodging, and meals
    one-on-one post-processing experience via Zoom

    What we recommend:
    arriving one day before the workshop date and departing one day after the workshop date
    bring a laptop and external hard drive(s) for offloading images
    multiple lenses for a different perspective
